ENDVBM Urges Public to Support Todd Vaughn’s Lawsuit Against Loomis and Douglas County

Roseburg, OR – The ENDVBM movement is calling on Oregonians and patriots nationwide to rally behind Todd Vaughn v Loomis, a lawsuit that directly challenges Douglas County Clerk Dan Loomis for hiding critical election data from the public. This is an all too common practice throughout Oregon.

On election day, May 20, 2025, Todd Vaughn won re-election to Position 4 of the Umpqua Public Transportation District. But the victory was stolen in the days that followed. Loomis processed more than 49% of total ballot returns during an eight-day blackout AFTER election day. Of those late-counted ballots, over 55% broke for Loomis’ favored candidate.

When Ben Edtl, the CEO of Umpqua Public Transit District, formally requested the batch reports and records that would confirm the legitimacy of the results, Loomis refused. For the first time in Oregon history, a CEO declined to certify the election.

Vaughn believes elections should be conducted in the open, not under blackout periods and behind closed doors. On behalf of the people of Douglas County and all of Oregon he filed suit to force Loomis to release the very data the public is entitled to see.

A Citizen Taking on the Machine

Todd is not a politician. He is a logger and tree planter. He’s an Oregonian who built his life with hard work, not political favors. By filing this lawsuit, he is risking everything he has earned to bring truth and transparency to our elections.

Why This Lawsuit Matters

  • Exposes Douglas County’s blackout – Nearly half the ballots processed after election day, shielded from public oversight.

  • Confronts unconstitutional secrecy – Clerk refuses to release basic reports necessary for transparency.

  • Sets precedent statewide – If successful, Vaughn v Loomis could become the first real crack in Oregon’s fraudulent vote-by-mail system.

Call to Action

This fight cannot be won alone. Todd needs the financial backing of citizens who believe elections belong to the people. Not the politicians, not the clerks, and not the contractors.

100% of donations go directly to funding the lawsuit.
