OREGON IP37 APPROVED FOR CIRCULATION BY OREGON SECRETARY OF STATE
PORTLAND, OR – The Oregon Secretary of State has officially approved Initiative Petition 37 (IP 37) for circulation. This marks the final green light needed for the #ENDVBM movement to begin collecting over 200,000 signatures to qualify the measure for the 2026 General Election ballot.
“This is the moment we’ve been waiting for,” said Michaela Hammerson, Chief Petitioner and Founder of the #ENDVBM campaign. “We are now executing the mission to END VOTE BY MAIL in Oregon and restore a secure, transparent, and accountable election system.”
IP 37 will:
Abolish universal vote-by-mail and reinstate in-person voting
Require precinct-level, hand-counted ballots
Mandate regular audits and real-time voter roll maintenance
Reintroduce physical ID and citizenship verification
The campaign's three-part strategy is built on truth, mobilization, and exposure:
Inform civilians about the corrupted vote-by-mail infrastructure
Activate volunteers to create the most energized signature drive and GOTV effort in Oregon history
Execute the ballot measure and restore lawful, verifiable elections in Oregon
“Our current system is wide open for exploitation,” said Chief Petitioner, Ben Edtl. “Those put in power through vote by mail want you to believe it’s about access and convenience. It’s not. It’s about control. Our election system is designed to serve the powerful, not the People.”
The campaign is mobilizing statewide volunteers and accepting donations to fund operations. To join the mission or supply the cause, visit www.ENDVBM.com.
