Oregon IP 37 Officially Accepted

Oregon’s ENDVBM Chief Petitioner, Ben Edtl

04JUN2025 — Victory. The Oregon Secretary of State has formally accepted our statewide petition to END Vote By Mail. The measure will be cleared for public circulation within 24 hours of this notice.

This milestone means the people of Oregon now have the legal right to collect signatures and put an end to universal vote-by-mail and start a new path forward in which all Oregonians trust the election process and outcomes.

The petition was filed by Chief Petitioners Michaela Hammerson, Ben Edtl, and Stephen Joncus who are backed by a fast growing coalition of voters, activists, and officials demanding secure, accountable elections.

“This is the first real step toward ending the complex infrastructure that supports mass-election fraud,” said Edtl. “The people of Oregon finally have the opportunity to take back their government.”

The campaign now enters its signature-gathering phase, with thousands of grassroots volunteers mobilizing across the state. The goal: qualify for the 2026 ballot and put the future of secure elections directly in the hands of the people.
